I think it totally works, great job!

Susan (peebsmama)

I always start with my stamped image and choose my papers/colors from that - so I can't say I've had the same problem as you. But I have got as far as getting my image colored in and cut and then deciding the papers I chose didn't work and having to change them around.

I think your bird image works wonderfully with the tree paper. And I love the color combo. Great job making this work.

Elaine

I don't have a set way to do cards. Sometimes they come together easy, sometimes they never look quite right to me. I do love the Cheap Talk bird in the circle though. Look at it again tomorrow and you'll love it! That nearly always happens to me when I'm not sure about a card or scrapbook page. When I look at it again the next day I decide it is good.

The Cheep Talk birdie is perfect with all the trees! Actually with the birdie it's not all "match-y match-y" which is more interesting, dont'cha think? Like Elaine said, when you get away from it for a little while, you'll love it! It's a happy accident! Great card!

It works...very eye-appealing. Love the colors and the paper you used. Nice job...I wasn't too crazy about the sketch this week, but LOVE the way you did it.

I think the bird is perfect!! I think it looks better than it would have with the Trendy Trees....maybe it was meant to be?
